UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards is going viral for another highlight kick.

Edwards, who claimed gold by famously knocking out Kamaru Usman with a head kick in the final minute at UFC 278 to pull off a comeback win for the ages, is just days away from returning to the cage. In his attempt at a third title defense, he’ll face Belal Muhammad in the main event of UFC 304 in Manchester, England.

Before he even steps into the cage this weekend, Edwards has created another highlight-reel moment with a kick.

While jogging by a basketball court, Edwards is called over. “Rocky” waves for the ball, which is tossed in his direction. Just as the ball arrives at his feet, he punts it full court in one smooth motion to hit a ridiculous trick shot swish on the other end.

The people on the court go crazy, and Edwards turns to the camera to deliver his signature “Headshot, dead” tagline, made famous by the Usman knockout.

There are even two angles of the shot!

Check it out below:

These are cool videos, for sure. But is it legit?

It feels a little bit like that old Lebron James Powerade commercial that features the NBA legend sinking five full-court shots in a row with zero effort.

What do you think? Is Edwards just a wizard with his feet, or is this another example of clever video editing?
