The UFC Apex in Las Vegas hosts this weekend’s UFC Vegas 95: Tybura vs. Spivac 2 fight card. The event I headlined by a heavyweight rematch between eighth-ranked Marcin Tybura and ninth-ranked Serghei Spivac.
The two first fought in February 2020 with Tybura defeating Spivac by unanimous decision. Tybura will enter the fight coming off a submission win over Tai Tuivasa. He’s won eight of his last ten bouts. Spivac is coming off a TKO loss to Ciryl Gane and will be looking to get back in the win column.
Several fighters missed weight. Chelsea Chandler weighed in five pounds over the limit for her bantamweight bout against Yana Santos. Chepe Mariscal tipped the scales 3.5 pounds heavy for his featherweight match against Damon Jackson. Danny Barlow initially weighed in a half pound heavy for his welterweight clash with Nikolay Veretennikov and was .25 pounds over on his second attempt.
